Her work history includes broad consultation with foundations and nonprofits to design and implement evaluation, evaluation training and knowledge management projects. She is the author of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide.
Cynthia is a sought after presenter on logic models and knowledge management. Her areas of technical specialization and expertise include: survey design, data visualization multivariate analysis; electronic data collection and dissemination. Cynthia offers a user-friendly approach to evaluation capacity building. She is a partner and idea engineer at PWK. Cynthia also has experience in molecular biology and lab research. She is an author and scientist with a broad repertoire of skills and renown for custom evaluation design.
Lisa's education doctorate includes specialties in management and policy. She holds an MPA and B.A. in International Relations. Her work history includes extensive assignments as senior counsel for a broad range of management and leadership issues in the private and public sectors.
She has managed complex change initiatives and has served as a strategic planner, facilitator and trusted advisor. As a Kellogg Leadership Fellow, Lisa worked in Central America, Europe and Asia focused on microenterprise. Her areas of specialization include organization effectiveness, leadership, change management, systems thinking and strategy. Lisa is a partner and chief strategy officer at PWK. She also speaks Spanish, is an author and adjunct university faculty.
